Welcome to CNC Cube, a mobile application designed to assist with CNC-related calculations. By accessing or using CNC Cube ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page.
CNC Cube may be used for both personal and professional purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written consent from the App's owner.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the App's owner.
CNC Cube is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The App is a tool designed to assist with CNC calculations, including but not limited to thread dimensions, cutting speeds, and material removal rates. All calculations, data, and information provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision or action. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output from the App and for any consequences resulting from its use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of CNC Cube, its affiliates, and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
CNC Cube is not responsible for machine damage, tool breakage, or production errors resulting from the use of this application. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:
You acknowledge that CNC Cube is a supplementary tool and not a substitute for professional judgment, expertise, or advice. CNC Cube does not guarantee compliance with any specific machining standards or tolerances. You assume all risks associated with using the App, including the risk of errors in calculations that may lead to damage, injury, or financial loss.
You agree to use CNC Cube at your own risk and verify all outputs before applying them in real-world machining operations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all cutting parameters and machine operations are safe and comply with applicable industry standards.
CNC Cube offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not collect or store any payment information.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner of CNC Cube, its affiliates, and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of CNC Cube, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the App's owner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
